How and when do you accept payment?+
Kat's Perrrfect Cleaning requires a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit is refundable with greater than 24 hours notice. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total bill. Remaining balance can be paid by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Credit Card upon completion of cleaning services.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?+
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime before 48 hours until your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time is subject to loss of your $50 deposit.
Do you provide your own supplies?+
If you require Kat's Perrrfect Cleaning to provide cleaning supplies, our hourly fee is $50. If you provide all cleaning supplies, Kat's Perrrfect Cleaning's fee is reduced to $40 per hour.
What cities do you serve?+
We serve Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire, including Irvine, Corona, Riverside, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Azusa, Pasadena, Burbank, Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and surrounding areas.
Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?+
Some customers prefer to schedule cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. If you won't be there, we just need a way to get in. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you would like.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?+
Your total satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 48 hour guarantee for all cleaning services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, please give us a call within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds once services have started.
Should I clean up before my cleaning appointment?+
If you've never hired a cleaning professional, you may be wondering how to prepare for our visit. Before any cleaning service, try to put clutter away, particularly items that belong in a specific or private place. Laundry, bathroom products, dishes, and other personal items should be stored away. Our cleaners are there to remove dirt, dust, and grime, and we can do this better with less clutter.ices.
What does Deep Cleaning include?+
A deep cleaning is for people who haven’t had professional cleaning performed in a while, or for homes in poor condition. This allows us additional time to thoroughly clean your home.
We include additional services not included in our basic cleaning, such as baseboards, tile scrubbing, and more.
You can also provide custom instructions.
Hoarding & Hazardous Condition Policy+
We charge $50 per hour per cleaner for however long it takes the cleaners to complete the cleaning. We reserve the right to increase the hourly price depending on the condition of the home. Upon arrival, if the property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation, we reserve the right to walk away. Your $50 deposit will not be refunded in such a situation.
